Cookie Cutters
What material are your cookie cutters made from?
Our cutters are 3D printed using PLA plastic and are designed for use with cookie dough, fondant, and other baking projects.
Are your cookie cutters dishwasher safe?
Our cutters are hand wash only with cool water and mild soap. Do not place cutters in the dishwasher or expose them to high heat.
Do your cookie cutters include imprints or stencils?
No, our cookie cutters do not include imprints or matching stencils. However, each cutter listing includes a coordinating black image outline designed to be used with projectors and help you easily decorate and achieve the finished look shown in the examples.
Cookie Classes
Will I have lifetime access to the class?
Yes! Once enrolled, you'll have ongoing access to watch and revisit lessons at your convenience.
What supplies will I need?
Each class includes its own supply list so you'll know exactly what you'll need once you sign up.
Can I return an online class?
Because our online classes are delivered digitally and become immediately accessible upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on class purchases.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Our current processing time is 2-4 business days. After your order has been processed and shipped, USPS delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option selected. Estimated delivery dates are available at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may only be modified or canceled within a limited timeframe after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item so we can help resolve the issue.
Custom Orders
Do you offer custom decorated cookies?
Absolutely! I accept a limited number of custom cookie orders and love creating designs that fit my decorating style. If you think we'd be a good fit for your event, I'd love to hear from you! Simply fill out the custom order form and i'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you ship decorated cookies?
At this time, custom decorated cookies are available exclusively within Belize. We do not ship decorated cookies internationally.
How far in advance should I place my cookie order?
I kindly ask that custom cookie orders be placed at least 3 weeks in advance. Earlier is always better, as popular dates can book up quickly.
